Any use by you of the website burtontravel.co.uk is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site indicates that you accept these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion. Any such amendments shall come into effect immediately once posted, therefore it is your responsibility to periodically review this page. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed acceptance of any such amended Terms & Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. Booking

Burton travel only accepts bookings from individuals over the age of 14 years.

 

 

Cancellation Policy/Deposits

All deposits paid are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of booking, if there are less than 30 days before you travel at the time of booking then the 14-day cancellation period does not apply.

 

 

Changes to your booking

Any amendments that are required after the first 14 days of booking may result in a fee, so please make sure that all information on your booking is correct.

 

 

Damage to a vehicle

Any damage caused by a passenger such as throwing up or soiling in the vehicle will result in a minimum charge of £60 to the persons who placed the booking.

 

 

Additional Pick up/Drop off

If you would like any additional pick ups or drop offs please state these on the checkout page before booking. Additional drop offs and pick ups may results in an increase in price once your order is processed. If you do not let us know of any additional drop offs or pick ups prior to the journey then you will be charged the extra costs on the day or refused these by the driver.

 

 

Additional Charges

Any additional charges which may occur during the journey of your booking such as bridge tolls, car parking etc are payable by the persons who placed the booking and not the driver of the minibus.

 

 

Service Access

While the Company endeavours to ensure that the Site is normally available 24 hours a day, the Company will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Access to the Site may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company’s control.

 

 

Website Registration

Each registration is for a single user (which may be either an individual or company) only. The Company reserves the right to make it impermissible for you to share your user name and password with any other person or with multiple users on a network.

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.

 

 

Electronic Communications

When you visit the Site, or send emails to the Company (for example, sending a message through the contact page) via the Site, you are communicating with the Company electronically. The Company may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Site. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This paragraph does not affect your statutory rights.
